WELCOME BACK!!!!

It has been so fun to see everyone again and how much everyone changed over the summer. As we get back into the swing of things remember that the counselors are here to help you have a great year! If you need someone to talk to, need school supplies, questions about college and career, problems with homework....whatever it is, come and see us.

September is National Suicide Awareness Month. It only takes a minute to save a life and our goal is to help students and staff know the warning signs and how to help someone they are worried about. We need to BREAK the SILENCE and not be afraid to ask for help. We have a HOPE squad this year who are students at Roy Jr. dedicated to spreading the word that there is Hope and you can get help.

Here are some great resources if you or someone you know is battling with suicidal thoughts.
